The Prokzi Designs Enclosure Creator — including its source code, user interface, layout and visual design, calculation methods, subwoofer parameter database and the cut sheets it generates — is the exclusive property of Prokzi Designs and is protected by copyright law.

What You May Do

• Use this tool to design enclosures, for personal or commercial work.
• Build, sell and share the physical enclosures you design with it — the boxes you build are yours, and no royalty or attribution is owed on them.
• Print or export cut sheets for your own builds and customers.

What You May Not Do

• Copy, redistribute, host, mirror or share the software or its source code.
• Resell, rent, sublicense or bundle it with a product or service.
• Rebrand it, remove attribution, or pass it off as your own work.
• Create derivative works, ports or modified versions.
• Extract the subwoofer database or calculation code for use in other software.

Written permission from Prokzi Designs is required for any of the above.

No Warranty

This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

All results — volumes, tuning frequencies, response curves, excursion and port velocity figures, and cut dimensions — are engineering estimates based on the values you enter. Real enclosures vary with materials, build accuracy, driver tolerances and vehicle acoustics. Always verify dimensions before cutting and confirm your design against the driver manufacturer's specifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prokzi Designs shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of this software — including damaged drivers, amplifiers or vehicles, wasted materials, mis-cut panels, lost time, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential loss.

You are responsible for your own build. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow safe practice when operating power tools.

"Prokzi Designs" and the Prokzi Designs logo are trademarks of Prokzi Designs. Subwoofer manufacturer and model names shown in the driver library are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or verification from those manufacturers, and published parameters may differ from the units you own.
